Move to new website: adr.org.uk

The Committee on Safety of Medicines was dissolved on the 31st of October 2005, and has been replaced by the Comission for Human Medicines. The name of our organisation has therefore changed from CSM West Midlands, to Yellow Card Centre West Midlands. We have therefore changed the url of this site from csmwm.org to www.adr.org.uk which has the advantage of being able to cope with any future re-organisations. Please adjust your bookmarks accordingly.
